Matthew Rhodes
Matthew Rhodes is a Principal Engineer in Operations Strategy and Services at Salt River Project (SRP). Matthew works to improve SRP Operations though the enablement of synchrophasor application including visualization, oscillation analysis, and asset monitoring as well as researching improved methods of monitoring IBR resources and their impacts to the BES. Matthew has helped to integrate new IBR resources into SRPs system and works to improve the services these IBR resources provide to SRP Operations. Matthew serves as an SRP EPRI Advisor for program P94: Energy storage and contributes to research in program P39.015: Monitoring, Control, and Data Analysis including synchrophasors. Matthew also serves as the Secretary of the IEEE PES Working Group on Power System Dynamics Measurements.
