She built and leads the team behind the platform, bridging product strategy, engineering, and real-world hardware integrations. Prior to TMH, Masha held roles at Fermata Energy, where she worked on V2X product, and at Enel X Way, where she led data services and analytics supporting demand response programs and utility reporting.
