Mark Moyer
Mark Moyer is the Manager of Advanced Delivery Infrastructure (ADI) Grid Solutions at Tampa Electric, where he leads grid‑modernization initiatives and oversees field device deployment, automation, and reliability improvements. He works closely with engineering, operations, OT cyber, telecom, and technology teams to deliver integrated solutions that strengthen Tampa Electric’s distribution system. Mark has more than 15 years of experience across reliability, analytics, GIS, systems solutions, storm response, and field operations support. He is recognized for advancing ADMS readiness, FLISR capabilities, and operational data alignment to support smarter grid decision‑making. Mark holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of South Florida.
