Mr. Manuel Atanacio is an Executive Consultant with ESTA International LLC and a 38 year career in electric services industry.  Mr. Atanacio worked for over a decade in key operational functions of a vertically integrated utility in system operations and  operations management of transmission and distribution networks, bulk power generation, energy management and SCADA systems. Leveraging that background, Mr. Atanacio has consulted for numerous domestic and international customers since 1997 in the fields of Electric Power Systems, Control Systems and Market Operations Consulting, and Grid Modernization. He holds a BSEE from the University of Puerto Rico, Mayaguez and an MBA from the Roy E. Crummer Business School at Rollins College in Winter Park Florida.
