As a Market Development Leader at WeaveGrid, Madeleine shapes regulatory strategy and develops innovative DER load flexibility programs with utility partners across North America. She also leads WeaveGrid’s product marketing, educating utilities and partners about the expanding capabilities of the Distribution-Integrated System Capacity Orchestration (DISCO) platform for planning and operations, program management, and customer satisfaction. Prior to WeaveGrid, Madeleine was a Senior Consultant on Guidehouse’s Energy Markets and EV Solutions teams, where she worked with 20+ utilities, industry partners, and government agencies on rate design, regulatory strategy, program design, and implementation on Guidehouse's Energy and EV Solutions teams.
