Maddie Emerson leads demand response and time-based rate program design and delivery on behalf of electric utilities in the Central U.S., as an Associate Director for TRC Companies. She and her team are responsible for the management of a 200 MW portfolio of flexible load, including dynamic rates, interruptible tariffs, and performance-based incentive programs. She also monitors retail and wholesale energy market activity and regulations to inform the evolution of programs and manage change.
