Louie Dabdoub
Louie Dabdoub serves as Vice President of Power Delivery Services at Entergy Corporation, the support branch dedicated to ensuring safe, reliable, and cost-effective electricity delivery for customers. His organization includes a wide range of operational functions: Safety, Fleet Management, Meter Services, Field Metering, Vegetation Management, Transmission and Distribution Right of Way, Damage Prevention, Mesh Network, Portfolio Effectiveness, Work Management, and Utility Performance.
Previously, Louie served as Entergy’s Vice President of Incident Response, where he directed system emergency operations plans, response preparedness, and mutual assistance across the enterprise. He led the company’s response to more than 150 crisis events—including major hurricanes, tornadoes, cyberattacks, ice storms, and fires—and designed an Incident Response Department recognized by a third‑party assessor as “Best in Class.” His focus on continuous improvement drove several major initiatives, including robotic vegetation management, satellite imagery for post-storm assessment, drone deployments, and a GIS planning tool.
Louie’s earlier roles include serving as Corporate Security and Administration Manager at Entergy, Supervisory Protective Security Advisor for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, and Police Commander with the New Orleans Police Department, where he oversaw safety, security, and emergency response operations in some of the city’s highest‑profile districts.
He holds a B.S. in Criminal Justice from Loyola University New Orleans and is a Board-Certified Protection Professional (CPP) through ASIS International.
