Lindsay Johnson Toth
Lindsay is a demonstrated leader in renewable energy. She currently leads the Clean Transportation team at Xcel Energy, where she oversees customer programs that support electric vehicle adoption. These initiatives include company-owned infrastructure, rebates, managed charging, load management, and advisory services. Her work directly advances Xcel Energy’s ambitious goals: enabling charging infrastructure to support 1.5 million electric vehicles across its eight-state service territory by 2035, and achieving zero-carbon fuel for all vehicles in its operating area by 2050. Lindsay holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting from the University of St. Thomas. She is skilled in in financial analysis, strategic planning, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
