Len Socha works for Wisconsin Public Service Corporation (WPS), a subsidiary of WEC Energy Group, as the Supervisor – CAD/OMS Operations in WI System Operations. Len is the client lead of the InService Outage Management System and the ARCOS Callout System. Len is in charge of all aspects of OMS and ARCOS across WPS and other legacy Integrys subsidiaries. Len attended the University of Wisconsin – Platteville, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. Len previously worked as the Senior Outage Management Engineer for 5 years and prior as a Regional Electric Engineer for 4 years where he provided engineering support of the electric distribution system for field operations.
