Lee R. Feldman, ICMA-CM RETIRED, is the Senior Advisor for Local Government Strategy at Zencity and a Principal with The Euclid Group. He is the past city manager of Fort Lauderdale and Gainesville and served as the President of the International City/County Management Association (ICMA). He is a graduate of Washington and Lee University (BA) and the University of Pennsylvania (MGA).
