Kush Arora is a results-driven technical sales and automation expert with a strong foundation in electrical engineering and over seven years of progressive experience in transformer technology, substation automation, and asset intelligence. Currently serving as the Technical Solutions Expert – Automation at Maschinenfabrik Reinhausen (MR), Kush leads national business development initiatives and provides expert-level support across the U.S. to promote MR’s automation portfolio.

In his current role, Kush functions as a strategic interface between MR’s Automation division and its Area Sales Managers, guiding customers through advanced technologies such as ETOS® platform features including Dissolved Gas Analysis, Bushing Monitoring, Automatic Voltage Regulation, Cooling Control, Vibro-Acoustic Monitoring, and Dynamic Transformer Rating. His deep technical acumen and communication skills position him as a trusted advisor for utilities modernizing their transformer fleets.

Before joining MR, Kush was Business Development Manager at Camlin Energy, where he delivered monitoring and asset management solutions across the U.S. Northeast and Eastern Canada. He worked closely with IOUs, data centers, and municipal utilities to integrate real-time analytics and predictive maintenance into their SCADA environments.

Kush also brings project management and application engineering experience from his time at Pennsylvania Transformer Technology and CG Power Solutions. In these roles, he supported complex transformer bids, managed international contracts, and collaborated cross-functionally to ensure timely project execution and customer satisfaction.

Kush holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Louisville. He combines his business insight with deep technical expertise to bridge engineering and commercial strategy.
