Kristi Baldwin is an Executive Director of Information Technology at NextEra Energy, one of the largest investor-owned electric utilities in the nation. She drives technology delivery in the Power Delivery division, defining the strategic direction and transforming the digital workforce via emerging technology. She leads technology initiatives across a portfolio of 100+ tools, with management of an extended team of 200+ internal and vendor staff. The Florida Power & Light (FPL) Power Delivery team has received the ReliabilityOne™ National Reliability Excellence Award presented by PA Consulting four of the last five years, in addition to receiving the award for Outstanding Technology and Innovation three of those years.
