Koustuv is currently a Vice President and Head of Ericsson's Utilities and Energy business in North America. He brings nearly three decades of experience in the utilities industry - from T&D grid modernization strategies to development/deployment of renewable assets., to his key interests today in leveraging next generation wireless communication technologies to accelerate digital transformation. Prior to Ericsson, Koustuv has had P&L responsibilities at Deutsche Telekom, Siemens, GE, IBM and at a utility early part of his career. He has a BSEE and a Master's degree in Power Systems.
