Kevin Wasserman is the Department Manager of AMI Advanced Applications at Consolidated Edison, the largest electric, gas and steam provider in New York City. Kevin has over fifteen years of experience in the utility industry and has spent the last seven years working on the AMI Implementation Team. His responsibilities include implementing smart grid and smart meter value-added business solutions to existing processes including outage management, distribution system design, environmental and safety initiatives. His team is exploring new ways to leverage AMI technology to improve business practices across the board to reduce energy usage, save money and provide a better overall experience to our utility customers. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in computer engineering technology from Rochester Institute of Technology and a Masters of Business Administration degree from Johns Hopkins University.
