Kevin Darrach
Kevin is an Electrical Engineer with EPCOR Water Services’ Plants Engineering group, where he plays a key role in keeping Edmonton’s water treatment plants and distribution pump stations running efficiently and reliably. His work spans operational support, maintenance, planning, asset management, and the design and construction of major capital projects. Kevin is also deeply involved in EPCOR’s sustainability initiatives, including the kīsikāw pīsim solar farm and battery energy storage system at the E. L. Smith Water Treatment Plant—projects that integrate renewable energy and advanced controls to reduce demand and improve resilience. Before joining EPCOR, Kevin honed his expertise in industrial power distribution, instrumentation, and control systems as a consultant, primarily serving the water and wastewater sector.
