Kelly Stich is Chief Cyber Security Architect at SUBNET Solutions Inc. He is a registered ProfessionalEngineer in British Columbia, Canada. Kelly has expertise in the domains of protection, control,automation, and IT/OT cybersecurity. As lead of the cybersecurity team at SUBNET, he is accountable forthe internal Information Security program, performs risk assessments, designs and audits securitycontrols, and supports team member development. He also supports clients’ Supply Chain RiskManagement, NERC CIP, IEC 62443, and NIST CSF implementations. He worked at BC Hydro for over 16years where he held roles such as Technical Lead for Transmission NERC CIP compliance and SpecialistEngineer in Protection and Control Planning. Kelly has developed system architectures for secure remoteaccess, arc flash mitigation, distribution protection and automation using GOOSE messaging, andestablished the programs for substation security patching and change management.
