With over 35 years in the public utility sector, she leads initiatives in energy planning, carbon neutrality, and infrastructure modernization. A licensed professional engineer and Western Michigan University alumna, Kellee also serves as Board President of Michigan Clean Cities and contributes to various industry and academic boards.
