Karthik Moorthy is the Chief Growth Officer at Bidgely, where he leads global partnerships, AI platform innovation, and integrated grid planning initiatives. His career has consistently sat at the intersection of technology, energy, and transformation.

Previously, Karthik was a board member and executive at Eightfold.ai, helping scale customer success, product management, and engineering transformation. At Google, he shaped platform strategy for some of the world’s largest ecosystems, including Android, Google Play, and connected technologies. He also spent several years at McKinsey & Company as an Associate Partner, counseling CEOs and boards on transformation across banking and financial services.

Karthik began his journey with the Tata Group, where he held senior leadership roles across energy, automotive, and industrial sectors, including Tata Power. This foundation continues to influence his perspective today—bringing together lessons from industry, consulting, and technology to explore how AI and partnerships can drive the future of energy.
