As Director of Operations Technology and Process Improvement at Eversource, Karen leads efforts to implement major transformational changes to enterprise systems and processes by increasing operational efficiency, reducing expense, and enhancing customer and employee satisfaction. Prior to her current role, Karen has held various Eversource leadership roles, including Director of Electric Meter Operations and Manager of Credit and Collections. Karen began her utility career in 1995 at the NYS Department of Public Service, serving as a consumer and business advocate working on major rate cases and proceedings for the benefit of ratepayers.
