Speakers

Karen M. Kinslow is the Director of the Office of the Chief Operating Officer at Dominion Energy.  She has held technical and leadership roles at Dominion Energy in the Grid Resiliency, System Reliability, Customer Revenue Management, and Finance departments.   Prior to joining Dominion Energy, Ms. Kinslow worked as an industry consultant for electric, gas, and water utilities, primarily focused on performance measurement and improvement.  Ms. Kinslow is a graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.
