Karan Munalingal is SVP of AI Strategy & Innovation at Itential, where he leads the strategic direction for the company’s AI initiatives and the development of intelligent infrastructure automation. His focus is on enabling customers to adopt AI-driven automation journeys that modernize and scale network and infrastructure operations. He has also served as VP of Strategic Accounts and Head of Solutions Engineering at Itential. Drawing on deep technical expertise and customer-facing leadership, Karan partners with global enterprises and service providers to guide their transition to software-defined networks and resilient, automation-driven operating models. Before Itential, Karan led systems engineering at Ciena, specializing in carrier Ethernet and core switching platforms.
