Her work focuses on supporting EV adoption and medium- and heavy-duty fleet electrification through infrastructure and managed charging incentive programs and advisory services. Prior to joining Con Edison, Julie was at a deep-tech venture capital firm and founded two retail-tech startups inspired by her first career in footwear design. She brings an entrepreneurial and operators perspective informed by experience in climate tech, circular manufacturing, and AI-driven platforms.
