John Daniels earned his Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Kansas and his Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of California- Berkeley. He has spent his career working with utilities and manufacturing customers, aiding them in collecting and analyzing data for asset management. Now working for eSmart Systems as Chief Customer Officer, he is bringing this knowledge and passion to leveraging AI to improve power grid operations and asset health.
