Joel Dickinson has 17 years of experience in the utility industry, most of that in the capacity of deploying new technology and supporting the connection of inverter based resources to the Medium Voltage distribution network. Recently his focus has been directed towards the construction of a microgrid test facility in a substation in Phoenix. Joel is a Subject Matter Expert on a team investigating the feasibility of leveraging battery storage to support a non-wires alternative project.
