Joe Mellott brings over 40 years of telecommunications experience spanning both the utility and carrier sectors. He has led engineering, deployment, and operations across a range of technologies including voice, SCADA, data, fiber, microwave, two-way radio, and Private LTE systems.
Joe most recently worked at Evergy, where he played a key role in the planning and deployment of their Private LTE network—supporting grid modernization and secure, utility-owned communications infrastructure. His leadership in network design and cross-functional integration helped lay the foundation for scalable, future-ready utility telecom operations.
