Helix Water District
Joe Garuba has nearly 30 years of experience working in Local Government. As part of Helix Water District, Joe has been leading the transition to zero emission fleets. Helix has recently completed the installation of an advanced EV charging infrastructure project which includes 87 DC chargers with a capacity of 5.8 megawatts. This state-of-the-art project will support he San Diego region for decades to come.
