Mr. Shields has 36 years of experience in T&D engineering and operations with electric utilities. He has broad experience in how electric transmission and distribution systems are designed, operated, and maintained. Jim has led the development of and received approval for, large T&D investment programs. Jim also has experience testifying in regulatory filings in both written and in person testimony. He has an inclusive and collaborative leadership style that seeks input from all team members.
