He has founded and grown several companies, including Enspiria Solutions and Excergy Corporation. His expertise in developing and executing strategies has driven solutions to complex challenges and spurred profitable growth for numerous organizations, serving hundreds of clients across North America. Ketchledge authored the books Successful Smart Grid Implementation and The Electrical Grid, providing valuable insights into the electrical grid and smart grid project execution. He earned a Master's in electrical engineering from Drexel University and a Bachelor's from Syracuse University.
