Jessica King serves as OG&E’s Sr. Manager of Energy Efficiency and Customer Programs, overseeing the design and implementation of OG&E’s commercial and residential customer efficiency and demand response programs in both Oklahoma and Arkansas. In this role, Jessica coordinates closely with individual program delivery teams, OG&E’s research and development lab, executive leadership, community organizations, and others to develop and deliver market-leading customer programs. Prior to this role, Jessica managed the operations center for OG&E’s SmartHours Program, producing a perspective deeply rooted in customer experience.
