Jesse Harvey serves as the Head of Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) Delivery at National Grid, where he leads a nearly $500 million deployment across Massachusetts. With over two decades of experience in the utility sector, Jesse brings deep operational expertise spanning customer service, electric and gas field operations, and enterprise transformation programs.

In his current role, Jesse oversees all aspects of AMI implementation—from meter and communications infrastructure installation to stakeholder alignment, regulatory compliance, and digital value capture. He is responsible for integrating AMI capabilities with broader utility modernization initiatives, managing cross-functional teams, external vendors, union partnerships, and customer engagement strategies.

Jesse is known for translating complex deployments into tangible business outcomes and for fostering collaboration between operations, technology, and regulatory teams. He holds an MBA and is a champion of human-centered design, disciplined program delivery, and building resilient, customer-first utility solutions
