Jeremy Jones is a Critical Infrastructure Security Analyst for the Idaho National Lab.  At INL, Jeremy focuses on research and development targeted to securing the nation’s critical infrastructure, primarily power grid technologies.  Jeremy’s career focus has been on validation and verification (V&V) and test and evaluation (T&E) capabilities for emerging power grid technologies. More recently Jeremy has focused on cybersecurity and cyber-informed engineering approaches to securing emerging grid supporting technologies such as generative AI technologies for monitoring, management, and control of energy systems.  

Prior to joining INL, Jeremy was the testbed architect and operations lead for the Critical Infrastructure Cybersecurity Testbed and the Cyber-physical Experimentation Environment for Research (CEER) at the Information Trust Institute at the University of Illinois.
