Jennifer is a partner at the elite litigation boutique, MoloLamken LLP, where her practice focuses on complex civil litigation in subject matter areas ranging from energy and administrative law to bankruptcy, antitrust, intellectual property, and commercial disputes.  Jennifer has a particular focus on appellate litigation, including in appeals from proceedings in the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission and in cases before the U.S. Supreme Court.  Jennifer has been recognized as a Benchmark Litigation 40 & Under Litigator.  The American Bar Association’s Section of Litigation has also appointed her to serve as co-chair for its Appellate Practice Committee since 2024.  And Law360 selected her as a board member for its Editorial Advisory Boards related to appeals and energy law in 2023 and 2024, respectively.  Before she became partner at MoloLamken, Jennifer clerked for judges at all levels of the federal judiciary, including most recently for Justice Elena Kagan of the U.S. Supreme Court.
