
Jenika Raub
Jenika Raub has worked at Salt River Project for 15 years in a variety of roles, all involving data and analytics. She began her career helping to monitor the initial roll-out of smart meters and estimating the benefits for geographic diversity on solar pv ramp rate mitigation. She additionally worked on initiatives such as hydroelectric dam planning, short-term generation optimization and energy market cost-benefit analysis. Transitioning to Information Technology, Jenika served as a data science consultant, enterprise architect, and eventually became the manager of the enterprise data science group. Currently, she leads the Grid Data and Analytics team, focusing on leveraging big data to enhance grid performance.
