Ms. Willis joined the City of Dublin Engineering staff in March 2001. Since this time, her duties have ranged from Capital Improvement Project planning, design, and construction through becoming Director of the Division of Transportation and Mobility. Jeannie provides overall leadership, direction, guidance, and management of the accredited Division of Transportation and Mobility team, which provides professional and technical expertise to guide the development and implementation of multimodal, innovative, and smart transportation strategies and systems to support our residents and workforce. She leads the planning, programming, design, plan preparation and construction of public transportation and mobility infrastructure including streets, intersections, sidewalks, shared use paths, traffic control devices, and street lighting to ensure a multimodal transportation system that is efficient, safe, and of high quality.
