Jason Ryan
Jason M. Ryan is Executive Vice President of Regulatory Services and Government Affairs at CenterPoint Energy, where he leads regulatory strategy, legal affairs, and state and federal government relations across the enterprise. With over two decades of experience in energy law and policy, Jason has played a central role in shaping utility regulatory frameworks in Texas and beyond. Prior to joining CenterPoint in 2009, he served as outside regulatory counsel to the company and held leadership roles at RyanGlover LLP and Baker Botts LLP. A frequent expert witness before legislative committees, Jason also serves on several industry and nonprofit boards and is a former U.S. Navy Information Dominance Warfare Officer. He holds a BBA and JD, both with honors, from the University of Texas at Austin.
