Jason Durst, General Manager, Asset & Work Management, Hitachi Energy

Jason Durst serves as the General Manager for Hitachi Energy’s Asset & Work Management (AWM) business line, where he leads the global go-to-market strategy and oversees end-to-end operations. Under his leadership, AWM software solutions deliver intelligent insights that help industries plan smarter, operate safer, and maximize asset and workforce performance. With deep expertise in AI and digital transformation, Jason shapes the product portfolio vision and directs product strategy, global sales, marketing messaging, and global partner development. He works closely with R&D and marketing teams to ensure unified priorities and comprehensive business support.

With more than 20 years of global software leadership experience, including roles in AI/ML, simulation, and optimization, Jason previously served as General Manager at C3.ai. He holds an MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas and a BA from Southern Methodist University.
