Principal Program Manager, Aerial & Specialized Inspections , PG&E

Janet Henkai serves as the Principal Program Manager for the Pacific Gas and Electric (PG&E) Aerial and Specialized Inspections (ASI) program. She led the implementation and growth of the programs Field Operations to over 100 pilots operating Unmanned Aerial Systems for PG&E’s Wildfire Mitigation Program. After years as a wildland firefighter, backcountry ecologist, and trails instructor with the National Park Service, United States Forest Service, Bureau of Land Management, and numerous State Parks, Janet joined PG&E’s Aerial & Specialized Inspections program to contribute to a shared mission of preventing catastrophic wildfires. When not behind a desk, you can find Janet outside chasing a wave or finding her next line on a bike or skis, likely with her partner and dog nearby.
