James is currently the Grid Operations Lead and responsible for leading the program called Grid of the Future across the 3 Operating Companies of PPL serving 3.5 million customers in Pennsylvania, Kentucky and Rhode Island. He oversees multiple systems implementations such as the upgrade to ADMS systems and is an innovative business leader that looks to bring AI to the transformation.
