Mr. Shearman is the Chief Executive of UMS Group. He has more than 40 years of consulting and management experience serving global electric and gas utility markets. His special focus is on Asset and Performance Management, Emerging Strategies for the Utility of the Future, and the Leadership of Change. He also has extensive expertise in strategic planning, and organizational effectiveness. He is a frequent speaker at industry conferences, is well known for his perspectives on industry strategic directions, and is a lead instructor in UMS Group’s Asset Risk Management training programs. Mr. Shearman holds a professional engineer’s license and an M.B.A. in finance from New York University.
