Ibtissam Kharchouf is a Research Scientist at the Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI). She holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Industrial Informatics from Hassan I University, an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Mohammed V University, an M.S. in Computer Engineering from Florida International University, and a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Florida International University. In her current role, she focuses on distributed energy resource (DER) interoperability, communication protocols, and grid integration.
