Holly Prosser
Holly Prosser graduated from Trinity University with a bachelor’s degree in English and Anthropology. She then joined the Peace Corps and spent two years in Albania teaching English to high school students. After the Peace Corps, she attended the LBJ School of Public Affairs and graduated with a master’s degree in Public Affairs. She then joined Frontier Associates as an Energy Analyst, working on demand side management, energy efficiency and utility program evaluation. In 2015, she joined Austin Energy an Environmental Program Coordinator to lead the Weatherization Assistance Program and five years ago became an Environmental Conservation Program Manager over the Weatherization Assistance Program and the residential field services staff. In 2023, she was promoted to the Residential Energy Efficiency Services Manager over the residential portfolio. She has led initiatives for expanding Austin Energy's Weatherization Assistance Program, leveraging a federal grant to provide zero interest loans and rebates to low income customers for HVAC upgrades, and serving on a strike team to develop Austin Energy's Resource and Generation Plan to 2035.
