Holly Prosser
Holly Prosser brings extensive experience in public service and utility program management to her current role as Residential Energy Efficiency Services Manager at Austin Energy.
Prosser's public service career began in 2002 when she joined the Peace Corps, spending two years teaching English to high school students in Albania. She later earned a master's degree in public affairs from the LBJ School of Public Affairs.
Following graduate school, Prosser worked as an Energy Analyst at Frontier Associates, focusing on demand-side management, energy efficiency, and utility program evaluation. She joined Austin Energy in 2015 and now manages a team of 17 professionals and field staff.
In her current position, Prosser oversees programs designed to help Austin Energy achieve its Resource Generation Goal of saving a cumulative 975 MW by 2027. After 2027, the focus will shift to greenhouse gas emissions avoidance metrics. She is also responsible for implementing a comprehensive suite of beneficial electrification incentives by 2027.
