Himanshu Bari is a Senior Director and Practice Leader for Asset Technology (AT) and Operational Technology (OT) with over 19 years of experience driving large-scale digital transformation programs for electric and water utilities across North America and APAC.

At Abjayon, Himanshu leads the Oracle Utilities AT/OT practice, overseeing strategy, delivery, and growth across Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Field Service Management (FSM), Advanced Distribution Management System (ADMS), Outage & Network Operations, and Grid Modernization initiatives. He has played a pivotal role in delivering and modernizing complex utility platforms including Oracle Work & Asset Cloud Service (WACS), Oracle Field Service (OFS), Oracle NMS, OMS, ADMS, GIS, and ERP integrations, supporting utilities as they transition from legacy systems to cloud-based, data-driven operations.

Himanshu partners closely with utility leaders, and operations leaders to align technology investments with business outcomes improving asset reliability, workforce productivity, customer experience, and regulatory compliance. His leadership spans multi-year programs, global delivery teams, RFP strategy, solution architecture, and center-of-excellence development, with hands-on experience supporting utilities such as Seattle City Light, Portland General Electric, Platte River Power Authority, Aboitiz Power, and others.

A frequent industry speaker and collaborator, Himanshu is passionate about the future of utility operations, including AI-enabled advancement, connected operations, predictive asset management, and real-time customer engagement. He brings a pragmatic, execution-focused perspective grounded in real utility transformation experience.
