Heidi Bailey is an emergency preparedness manager for the Florida Power and Light, Power Delivery EP team, where she has supported 22 storm activations and is currently responsible for storm applications that manage resources, damage modelling and damage assessment. She joined FPL in 2015 as a senior business analyst. Heidi earned her bachelor’s degree in finance and real estate from Florida Atlantic University and a Masters in Business from the University of Florida. She is a Salesforce certified associate and is a certified Six Sigma Yellow Belt.
