Hani has 35+ years of experience in the energy industry. He started in the Energy Management System (EMS) industry at Illinois Power in 1985. He left in 2003 as Director of Generation Control to work for CAISO. Hani was part of the core team that implemented the Nodal LMP Market. Hani is now Executive Director of Power System Technology Operations.
