Guillermo De Hoyos started his career at CPS Energy in San Antonio TX in 2004 as an Underground Engineer and holds his Professional Engineer (PE) License. Guillermo has held Engineering positions in the Underground and Overhead Engineering departments, has led the CPS Energy AMI Electric Meter Deployment team, multiple leadership/management positions in Metering Services, was the Director Chief of Staff to the Office of the CIO overseeing budget, staffing engagement, staffing & People Strategy. He is currently the Director of T&D Grid Transformation Services where he provides strategic direction, guidance and leadership to the Pole Attachment Services, Asset Management, and Grid Modernization teams at CPS Energy. Guillermo has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.
