Greg Black
Greg Black is a Team Leader in Corporate Security Systems at Florida Power & Light (FPL), where he supports the technology and security infrastructure that helps protect one of the nation's largest electric utility networks. His experience spans corporate security systems, IT infrastructure management, network administration, and regulatory compliance within critical infrastructure environments.
Prior to his current role, Greg served as Systems & NERC CIP Compliance Manager and Team Lead Senior System Administrator at NextEra Energy. He has also held technology leadership positions with the South Florida Water Management District, the City of Palm Beach Gardens, Taylor & Francis, and Gee & Jenson. Throughout his career, he has focused on securing complex operational environments while ensuring system reliability, compliance, and business continuity.
