George Wegh is the Director of Protection & Controls Engineering at Eversource.  George has over 35 years of Electrical Engineering and Engineering Leadership experience, of which 20 years have been in utility industry working for Eversource in the areas of Protection and Controls and System Planning.  George is presently the Vice Chairman of the NERC System Protection and Controls Working Group (SPCWG) and is past Chairman and alternate member of the NPCC Task Force on System Protection (TFSP). George has a BSEE from Purdue University and a MSEE from Worcester Polytechnic Institute as well as a PE License in the State of CT.
