Known as a strong leader that inspires and develops future leaders, I build accountability in my organizations and have a proven track record of building strong alliances across teams by balancing operations, risk management and internal controls to achieve objectives that enhance company, shareholder and customer value.

With over 40 years in the energy industry, including 35 years in senior and executive roles in the regulated utility segment, I have participated in several industry transformations and apply my learning today as a consultant for key utility and energy development entitites.
