Fedor Petrenko
Fedor Petrenko is a purpose-driven product leader with deep expertise in utility operations, enterprise data, and scaled agile enablement. As Director of AMI Product Management at National Grid, Fedor leads the implementation of National Grid’s AMI 2.0 program, driving the modernization of electric infrastructure and empowering customers through advanced metering technologies.
Previously, Fedor served as Manager of Product Operations for National Grid’s US Electric IT & Digital portfolio, where he established and led a team of agile professionals to scale operational excellence across six Agile Release Trains and 36 product teams. He championed the design and implementation of a Product Operating Model and Playbook, doubling agile adoption and boosting portfolio predictability by more than 30%.
Before joining National Grid, Fedor held senior product management roles at Pacific Gas & Electric, where he launched innovative solutions for electric asset management, wildfire risk mitigation, and grid modernization. His career began with an AMI deployment at Dartmouth College, laying the foundation for his expertise in utility network infrastructure and agile product leadership.
