Eric Chung
Eric is a Partner in the Energy & Utilities practice at West Monroe, where he is East Coast Practice Lead as well as the national leader for the firm's Regulatory Advisory services. He is also Account Partner for several of West Monroe's New England and Northeast utilities. He is a long-term power and utility industry executive, and adjunct instructor of graduate business programs with a career-long focus on corporate strategy and transformation. He is a versatile leader with expertise in digital transformation, regulatory strategy, strategic planning, corporate development, enterprise transformation, business case development for utility investments, and change leadership & management. Eric has deep expertise in utility ratemaking, revenue requirements, and rate case strategy, and has served as an expert witness many times. He holds a bachelor’s degree in physics from Harvard College and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
