
Eric Chung
Eric Chung is a Partner at West Monroe, a global business and technology consulting firm, and an Adjunct Instructor at Harvard Extension School, where he has taught Corporate Strategy to graduate students for over a decade. With nearly 30 years of experience in consulting and industry, he advises energy and utilities clients on strategy, regulation, digital transformation, risk management, and operating model design. Prior to West Monroe, he held executive roles at Eversource and National Grid, where he led major initiatives including a multi-state regulatory department, a successful generation portfolio divestiture, and transformation programs in New England. Earlier in his career, Chung was a senior management consultant at EY and other firms. He holds a bachelor’s degree in physics from Harvard College and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
